What Should I Do Next?

If you placed an order and selected Bulgaria as your shipping destination in the current pre-order batch, please fill out the refund form below. Once submitted, we will begin processing your refund as quickly as possible.

What Happens After I Submit the Form?

  1. Your request will be reviewed by our team within 3–5 business days.

  2. Refunds will be issued using the same method you used to pay.

  3. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
