- Refund Policy
1. General Refund Terms
Avalon Miner Group aims to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds are processed in accordance with this policy. All refund requests must include the original order number and supporting documentation.
2. Refund Window
Unless otherwise stated in a product's specific terms or promotional conditions, refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date the customer received the product.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be returned in substantially the same condition as delivered (unused, undamaged, original packaging, accessories included).
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice) and any requested evidence such as photos, serial numbers, or test logs.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable unless explicitly covered by a specific manufacturer warranty:
- Products that show signs of physical misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair;
- Consumable items or items designated as final sale;
- Shipping and handling charges (unless otherwise required by law).
5. Refund Process
- Contact customer support at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions if the return is authorized.
- Ship the product following the RMA instructions. Retain tracking information until your refund is complete.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
6. Cryptocurrency and Bank Transfer Refunds
Refunds issued for cryptocurrency payments will be returned in the same cryptocurrency to the wallet address originally used, subject to blockchain confirmation and applicable fees. Refunds for bank transfers will be issued to the original sending account.
7. Partial Refunds and Restocking Fees
Avalon Miner reserves the right to apply partial refunds or restocking fees where applicable (e.g., items returned opened, missing accessories, or damaged due to customer handling). Any restocking fee will be communicated in advance as part of the return authorization.
