- Return Policy
1. Overview
If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase, you may be eligible to return the product in accordance with the terms below. This Return Policy is intended to complement our Refund Policy and any manufacturer warranties.
2. Return Period
Standard returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product unless stated otherwise for specific products.
3. Return Requirements
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals and documentation.
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
- Obtain an RMA number from Avalon Miner prior to returning the item — returns without an RMA may be refused.
4. How to Initiate a Return

- Support will assess eligibility and issue an RMA along with return instructions and address.
- Ship the item using adequate packaging and insured shipping; keep the tracking number.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective on arrival). In such cases Avalon Miner will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping expenses.
6. Inspections and Refunds
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If a returned item fails inspection due to damage or missing parts, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund for repair, replacement parts, or restoration to a resalable condition.
7. Warranty Claims
