1. Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through avalonminer.org. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping, customs, tax, and delivery terms described below.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship internationally using reputable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and specialized freight partners for large or heavy shipments. Available shipping options and carriers are displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and order size.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified on the product page. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take longer; any anticipated delays will be communicated by email.

4. Estimated Shipping Times

• Standard International (air): 5–14 business days *
• Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx Express): 2–7 business days *
• Freight / LTL (large equipment): 7–21 business days *

*These are estimates and do not include customs clearance time or unexpected carrier delays.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier selected. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees where applicable.

6. Customs, Duties and Import Restrictions

Import regulations vary by country. Customers are responsible for ensuring the importation of mining equipment is permitted in their jurisdiction. Avalon Miner is not responsible for customs seizures, delays, or additional fees imposed by customs authorities.

7. Tracking and Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated after shipment.

8. Delivery and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer according to the shipping terms selected at checkout (e.g., DAP, DDP, or Ex Works where applicable). If a shipment is declared delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must notify us within 7 days of the carrier's delivery date.

9. Failed Delivery and Returns to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, you will be responsible for re-shipment fees. If re-shipment is not completed within 30 days, Avalon Miner reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund subject to deductions for shipping and handling.

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Inspect all shipments upon receipt. If goods are damaged, retained packaging and photographic evidence are required to file a claim. Report damaged or missing items to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
