1. Agreement and Parties

Avalon Miner is a registered corporate entity with Commercial Registration Number VATX1458-748 and Tax Identification Number 458-8547. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website located at avalonminer.org (the "Site") and any products, services, or software made available through the Site.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Statement, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Return Policy (each incorporated by reference). If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Site.

6. Orders, Payments and Taxes

All orders are subject to acceptance by Avalon Miner. Payment must be made by the methods displayed at checkout. Prices shown at checkout are the final price for the transaction, exclusive of shipping, customs duties, import taxes, or other government levies unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or fees associated with importation.

7. Shipping and Title

Shipping terms, carriers, estimated transit times and tracking details are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Title to goods transfers according to the shipping terms selected at checkout. Avalon Miner is not liable for delays due to customs clearance, force majeure events, or carrier actions.

8. Limited Warranty & Disclaimers

Products may be covered by a limited manufacturer warranty; warranty terms are described in the product documentation and our Warranty Notice. EXCEPT WHERE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN WRITTEN WARRANTY, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. AVALON MINER DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AVALON MINER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Avalon Miner, its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, designs and logos on the Site are owned or licensed by Avalon Miner. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to Avalon Miner intellectual property except as expressly provided herein.

12. Termination

Avalon Miner may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or for any other lawful reason, without prior notice and without liability to you.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Avalon Miner Group is registered. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless the parties agree to arbitration.

14. Changes to These Terms

Avalon Miner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms become effective when posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
