1. Scope of Warranty

Avalon Miner Group acts as an authorized distributor for the products listed on this Site. All product warranties are provided directly by the product manufacturer (the "Manufacturer"). Avalon Miner Group does not itself provide manufacturer-level warranty coverage unless expressly stated in writing on a specific product page or invoice.

2. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

Manufacturer warranties vary by product and model. Typical manufacturer warranties may cover defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period from the date of delivery. Warranty durations, terms and remedies (repair, replacement, or refund) are determined solely by the Manufacturer and are described in the Manufacturer's warranty documentation that accompanies the product.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Avalon Miner Group customer support at [email protected] within the applicable warranty period and provide your Order Number, product model, serial number, date of receipt, and a detailed description of the defect or failure.
  2. Avalon Miner Group will verify the purchase and, where applicable, coordinate with the Manufacturer to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or service instructions.
  3. Do not return any product to the Manufacturer or Avalon Miner Group without prior authorization and an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
  4. Follow the RMA instructions provided; include required documentation such as proof of purchase, serial number photographs, and the RMA number on the outside of the package.

4. Shipping for Warranty Service

Unless otherwise specified by the Manufacturer or applicable law, customers are responsible for shipping the product to the designated warranty service center. Avalon Miner Group may assist in arranging shipping where feasible, but any shipping costs, import/export fees, duties, and insurance associated with sending the product for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer unless the Manufacturer explicitly covers such costs.

5. Remedies and Turnaround Time

The Manufacturer will determine the appropriate remedy (repair, replacement or refund) in accordance with its warranty policies. Turnaround times for warranty service vary by Manufacturer, part availability, and logistics. Avalon Miner Group is not responsible for Manufacturer processing times and cannot guarantee specific timelines unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Exclusions and Limitations

Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance;
  • Unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair by third parties;
  • Physical damage, liquid exposure, fire, flood, power surges, or other acts of God;
  • Use in environments outside of Manufacturer specifications (temperature, humidity, ventilation);
  • Products sold "as-is", refurbished units sold without a warranty, or products explicitly marked as final sale;
  • Serial number removal, tampering, or alteration.

7. Transferability

Warranty transferability is determined by the Manufacturer. Some warranties are transferable to subsequent owners if the product's serial number remains intact and original proof of purchase is provided; other warranties are non-transferable. Please refer to the Manufacturer's warranty documentation for specifics.

8. Defective on Arrival (DOA)

If a product is received in a defective condition (DOA), notify Avalon Miner Group within 7 calendar days of delivery. Avalon Miner Group will assist in initiating a DOA claim with the Manufacturer. DOA remedies may be subject to verification steps, including photographs, video evidence, and return of the defective item.

9. Limitation of Liability

Avalon Miner Group's role is limited to distributor and facilitator of warranty services. Except as may be explicitly required by applicable law, Avalon Miner Group shall not be liable for Manufacturer warranty obligations, delays, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product defects or warranty service.

10. Legal Rights and Statutory Guarantees

These warranty terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local laws provide mandatory rights that cannot be excluded, such rights will prevail over any conflicting provisions in this Warranty Policy.
